This term our topic is Learning to Learn. This week we are focussing on Caring Badger. Caring Badger is really good at making connections in her learning. Whenever she is trying to learn something new, she tries to link it to something she already knows.
We practised connecting by making mind maps about ourselves. We also made badger pictures. Apart from thinking about the design, it helped us strengthen our fine motor skills and make our fingers stronger.
We wrote sentences about badgers and afterwards we tried to improve them by editing our work using our writing targets.
