On Thursday we learned about different mini beasts but today we learned about snails. We also talked about how animals adapt to their preferred habitat. We watched the snails munch through cabbage leaves on the whiteboard. Our teacher had put them under the visualiser and really zoomed in. The snail’s skin was very bumpy and it looked liked it had lots of colours. We loved watching them. Our teacher explained how to sketch them and then we all had a go. It was tricky because they moved very fast.
